Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? Do you thrive on empowering others to achieve their employment goals? We’re looking for Employment Mentors to join our growing team in Melbourne and Adelaide!
At 4gr, we specialise in providing customised employment supports through the NDIS, helping individuals – particularly school leavers and neurodivergent clients – find meaningful, fulfilling work.
As an Employment Mentor, you will:
Work one-on-one with clients to develop their skills, confidence, and career pathways.
Collaborate with employers to create inclusive workplaces.
Deliver support using innovative, person-centered approaches like customised employment.
