We are proud to share that one of our Participants Jonathan (Jono) was featured in the NDIS Quarterly SLES Report for September 2023.
Jono has spent the last 3 years working with 4gr, utilising our specialties in the customised employment space to build his skills, capacity and confidence.
He has worked hard to obtain his swim instructor qualification and is currently working in casual roles at Leisurelink (City of Greater Geelong) and the Geelong Aquatic Centre doing a range of duties including teaching primary school groups how to swim.
Jono is working towards becoming a qualified Personal Trainer and is currently being supported by our Employment Mentor Roslyn, in his studies to obtain his Certificate III in Fitness as the next step along his career pathway. He hopes to obtain a traineeship or full-time position in the future.
Jonathan is one of many participants who we have had the pleasure of supporting in their employment journey and it is always fulfilling seeing our participants reach their employment goals and achieve their dreams.
