Big news! We are excited to reveal to you our new brand identity, which not only reflects who we are today but symbolises our future. Our rebrand includes a new, refreshed logo and colour scheme; new polished brand collateral as well as a beautiful new website.
BRAND STRATEGY WORKSHOP
When we launched 4gr a few years ago, we were flying blind, but we’ve grown a lot since then and recently we felt that it was time for a re-brand.
We engaged Maja Wolnik from Maja Creative, to guide us through this brand transformation. Through a comprehensive and collaborative process, we completely unpacked our brand over a 2-day Brand Strategy Workshop.
We took a deep dive into our business and analysed our company values, broke down our engagement process, uncovered our brand archetypes, reviewed our competitors and took the time to really understand our stakeholders – getting into their heads and hearts to really understand their needs and wants. We wanted a brand that not only reflects how far we’ve come, but one that represents the accomplished, professional organisation that we are today and one that symbolises our future.
While our mission, vision and values have remained mostly the same, we felt our brand personality didn’t capture the breadth of value and impact we deliver.
LOGO & COLOUR PALETTE
After careful consideration, we chose a new logo that takes inspiration from our original butterfly logo. The design was distilled into to its most basic shapes, to create a clean and modern take on an iconic symbol of transformation.
The colour scheme evokes feelings of calm, clarity, optimism and order, which is representative of the experience we hope our clients have with 4gr. When our clients choose to work with us, whether that’s to seek employment or to fill a new position, we want them to feel at ease that we can guide them along the way. Soft teal blues, neutrals with pops of rusty red bring a sense of balance and harmony.
Our new tagline – Customised Employment Specialists – really encapsulates our niche and focus. We live and breathe the customised employment model and although we are an NDIS registered provider, our core service is to help job seekers find employment and employers to find employees.
Our old website was clunky, outdated and hard to navigate. It also didn’t accurately reflect who we are, what we do and how we do it. The website strategy involved the development of an easy to navigate home page that speaks to each of our audiences individually – whether you’re a job seeker, school leaver, parent, carer, employer, educator or industry partner – you can quickly and easily find the information that is relevant to you.
The core focus of the site is to clearly demonstrate our unique and innovative approach and share the benefits of customised employment, elaborating on the process we take our participants through to get them job ready.
We also added a blog for the latest news and announcements, easy to fill out application and feedback forms and an important information section where you can access and download our policies and procedures.
Designed by the Maja Creative team, the new website was brought to life by Digiseed.
Over the next few weeks, we’re also releasing our new brand collateral, which includes new business cards, letterhead, corporate folders, with comps slips, brochures and thank-you cards. As we look to expand interstate in the new year, we wanted to empower our team with a suite of polished branded tools that work seamlessly together to better educate new clients and stakeholders on our vision and unique service offering.
Everything from the images we use, to the colours and typography has been meticulously considered and selected to capture the essence of our brand.
Today’s launch has been several months in the making, and the new brand has literally been built from the ground up.
4gr has grown significantly over the last few years and as our team and service offering has transformed since those early days, we are proud to take this opportunity to evolve our brand and realign with who we are today – Customised Employment Specialists.
